If you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the type of property, what you need done, how you would rather be contacted and anything you type in the message box.

That is it. We do not ask for your date of birth, your address, or anything financial. The website never asks for payment details.

Your enquiry is emailed to Justin so he can quote the job and get back to you. You also get an automatic confirmation email.

We use it to answer your enquiry and to do the work if you go ahead. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone for marketing.

The form is delivered by an email service called Resend, which handles sending the message. They process it on our behalf and do not use it for anything else.

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. That collects things like which pages you looked at, roughly where in the world you are and what device you used. It does not tell us who you are.

Enquiry emails stay in Justin's inbox in the normal way, so he has a record of jobs quoted and done. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and it will be.

This site does not use cookies to track you around the internet. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work normally.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
