You are calling Justin, and Justin is who turns up

Just Pest Control SA is a family run business working out of Littlehampton, covering every Adelaide suburb, the Adelaide Hills and out to Murray Bridge.

Small on purpose

There are two kinds of pest control company. There are the big franchises, where you ring a number, speak to someone in a call centre and get whichever technician is free. Then there is this: one licensed operator who quotes the job, does the job and puts his own name on it.

The second kind is harder to scale and better to deal with. You get the same person every visit. He knows your property, he remembers where the access hatch is and he knows what he treated last time. If something is not right, there is no one to pass you on to.

Justin works across the whole of Adelaide, from the CBD and the beachside suburbs through to the Hills townships, Strathalbyn and Murray Bridge. Seven days a week, because pests do not keep office hours and neither does a family with a rat in the roof.

What actually happens

No surprises. This is how every job runs, from the first phone call to what happens after the treatment goes in.

  1. You ring or send through a quote request

Describe what you are seeing and where. Justin will tell you whether it sounds urgent or whether it can wait, and give you a price. Quotes are free.

  2. He inspects before he treats

Where they are getting in matters more than where you are seeing them. That means a look at the roof void, the subfloor, the perimeter and anywhere timber meets soil.

  3. The treatment goes in

Targeted at entry points, nest sites and runs, not blanket sprayed through your living space. He will tell you what he is using and how long to stay off it.

  4. You get told what to expect

Including the bit most people are not told: you will see more insects for a week or so as they are pushed out of hiding. That is normal.
